Anonymous, Wikileaks and Julian Assange

Well , some days ago  Andres gave us a nice speech about anonymous and how it started and its nice to know that the idea of the mask is of a movie and they go against the laws that go against the internet user's advantages and also they go against media manipulation and they fight for the rights of the humans .
It's really intresting to see how they "destroy" pages in minutes , how they can make loose (for e.g) the mortgage information of a bank, how they can ruin the famous credit cards web pages too.
It's annouying to see that those which fight for our rights and show us the truth supposedly are standing again the law code.
The  press and the government always end up shutting the mouth to those who want to tell the truth as Anonymous and as Julian Assange , owner of the web page WIKILEAKS.

We also talked about wikileaks , Assange and we also discussed about the honesty of Assange and if people believed him after the case of the swedish journalist.

I think it was clearly a conspiracy against him for take all his respect in front of the world . Even if in these cases the acussation is false , some people will believe it and those some people can be a big amount if we talk about a worldwide known journalist .

Twitter

Today Mar talked us about twitter and how it worked , it was nice to know how celebrities managers have to update Twitter , and how really people think that celebrities themselves update it .
I don't like it because it isnt to private and also its a bit boring and its for older people , not for teenagers.

CAD

So , the past tuesday Diego talked us about the vector lines and bezre curves .
It helped us all to understand one of the softwares we are going to use this year, the Google sketch-up .
It was very useful to get to know better that software.

Spotify.. Chemistry

SO , Today Peter gave us a really nice speech about Spotify, its pros and cons, actually I don't like it much but its nice , for listening to music but as my classmate Kike , I'm also Old-fashioned, I like to buy the CD's and touch them , it's more Classical


Anna also gave us speech about a programme which could help us doing molecules /atomes chemistry stuff.
It was ok :)

GPS

So the last week Mr Kike talked us about the gps, and it was really intresting beacause we discovered lot of new functions of this system.
I didn't know this , but , you can also play hide and seek games with teh GPS.
EMP: In some countries, they hide a "treasure" in a beautiful place , in that way people can discover really nice places of that country.
PROS: Easy location finder, if you go to other places.
Cons: ANYONE , ANYONE can find where are you and track your car/vehicle.

Soundcloud

Well guys  yesterday we had a speaking class with a presentation of our canadian teacher Peter .
It was about soundcloud and it was really intresting how that "free-looking" web-site made money .
The website let us upload and download tunes for free.
A company sponsors this website and pays them in millions , thing that we didn't know about the online marketing
Abig con of this type of marketing is taht if a company sponsors a social network , they can easily buy your information and sell it to secret agencies ... ETC

Cloud Computing

Sooo hey everybody. Today the speaking class was very intresting :) .As every week with Peter , there was a presentation and this was the turn of Sara and she talked us about the "CLOUD COMPUTING".
It sounded very intresting because it had a lots of pros and cons. Biel told us one Con , if you backup your data on a cloud computing service , anyone can hack your stuff. I agree with that too but in my case I would put my documents / fotos in a pendrive ( beacause I DON'T loose a pendrive ) and also on  the cloud computing service .
If I had a business I would use it .

Differences between RENREN and Facebook

Hey guys , today we had a speaking class without Peter, it was about Facebook presented by my lovely friend Maite :)

SO we had to do some differences between chinese social network RENREN  and Facebook so here we go , this is all that I found on Internet , apart the biggest difference RENREN is only available in chinese

1) You can see who has visited your profile

2) You have to pay if you want different    stuff on your profile , as your name in colours.

Google +

Yesterday Peter gave a speech about the new social network Google +. It was very intresting , but I wouldn't change from Facebook to G+ , all my friends are on Facebook.

Today the presentation in our speaking class with Peter was of the spanish social network Tuenti .
The presentation was done by Ruth Olea, and in which one of the questions was what do you prefer more of tuenti?
In my case , I like the privacy and the security that this SNS offers to ts usets
